Placing an Order

Orders may be placed by e-mail, over the phone or via the web site. For e-mail and telephone orders please provide product description, code number if available and quantity required. A contact telephone number or e-mail address should also be provided so that separate confirmation of order acceptance can be sent.

We would like to make it clear that when a customer makes an on-line purchase that they are aware that they are agreeing to a legally binding contract.

Payments

Payments for goods made by cheque will require bank clearance before goods will be despatched. This process is usually completed within 5 working days.

Prices

Prices invoiced will be those on display in site. All the prices displayed on site are excluding vat, VAT will be added on invoice where appropriate.

Collins Cash and Carry reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice as a result of imposed price increases by suppliers / manufacturers. Orders are taken on the basis of prices ruling on the day of order received.

Product Guarantee

All products supplied are covered under the terms of the manufacturers guarantee. You are strongly advised to read and action any enclosed warranty requirements upon receipt of the goods. Failure to do so may invalidate the terms of the warranty.

Damages, Shortages and Non-Delivery

Collins cashandcarry will not accept any claim in respect of damage in transit, shortages or non-delivery unless it is communicated to sales department, telephone number 0115-9008900, as follows:

1. Damage in transit – within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
2. Shortages – within 1 day of receipt of the goods.
3. Non-delivery - within 3 days of confirmed date of despatch.

Returns Policy

1. Goods that are damaged on arrival:

Please check the goods on arrival. Should the packaging be damaged, sign the receipt of confirmation paperwork & add damaged packing. Request the delivery person to countersign. Inform us immediately. The goods should be returned and either a replacement or refund will be made at the discretion of Collins cash and carry.

Liability

Collins cash and carry shall be under no liability for any loss, damage or injury howsoever arising, resulting from the misuse or conversion of the product supplied.
Privacy Policy

We do not disclose customer's information to third parties. All information received is solely for the processing of the customer's order.
